Corporate Finance plays a vital role in meeting the financial requirements of the Company. Arrangements of banking facilities at the most competitive rates, together with effective and efficient deployment of cash, are key activities of this department.
At PuraHub Limited, the emphasis is laid on the development of strategies as well as on annual operating plans. Corporate Finance appraises such plans including new venture proposals and assists the Board of Directors to develop and agree to the future direction. It also monitors Company performance against the budgets and highlights critical issues to senior management for timely decisions.

Legal
The legal function is the protector of the company, working to prevent and manage any legal issues arising in the company while focusing on mitigating risks. It appears in the courts of law in various litigation matters and helps the company to make informed business and legal decisions in line with the corporate strategies.
It plays a critical role in drafting and vetting contracts, complex commercial agreements, legal documents and ensuring that the company operates in compliance with the law of the land. The legal department is also involved in the selection of external counsels and overseeing their progress.
